Once we’ve spoken, we immediately create a dedicated WhatsApp group that includes you and key members of our team. This group becomes your go-to space for sharing ideas, getting updates, clearing doubts, and keeping all communication in one place.
This ensures complete transparency, quick responses, and zero confusion throughout the project.
3. We Understand Your Exact Requirement
We don’t just drop off a tent—we partner with you. We ask the right questions: event type, location, guest count, budget, and theme. 6. Manufacturing, Customization & Preparation

7. On-Site Setup & Execution
Finally, the big day arrives. Our expert team reaches your location on time and starts the setup process with full coordination and professionalism.
